| Dean Malandris is the Managing Director of Plexus Technologies, which provides custom-designed electronics and software solutions for clients in a broad range of industries. Before starting Plexus Technologies in 1989, he was an R&D engineer in the alarm, computer peripheral, and paperless warehousing sectors. | Caddie Marshall is the Director of Adloyalty, servicing a broad spectrum of clients across the Central West. She has over 25 years of marketing experience, dealing with large multi-nationals through to smaller local operations. Caddie works closely with several of the region’s engineering firms as well as most local councils. | |||||

Richard established Barnson in September 1992 and previously worked in various local councils within Central West NSW. Richard designs, documents, and supervises many structural, civil, and geotechnical engineering projects that Barnson works on. |
