Dean Malandris is the Managing Director of Plexus Technologies, which provides custom-designed electronics and software solutions for clients in a broad range of industries. Before starting Plexus Technologies in 1989, he was an R&D engineer in the alarm, computer peripheral, and paperless warehousing sectors. | Caddie Marshall is the Director of Adloyalty, servicing a broad spectrum of clients across the Central West. She has over 25 years of marketing experience, dealing with large multi-nationals through to smaller local operations. Caddie works closely with several of the region’s engineering firms as well as most local councils. | |||||

Richard established Barnson in September 1992 and previously worked in various local councils within Central West NSW.
